Upon check-in, we were pleased to find a spacious double room with three beds waiting for us, and the hotel's location was superb, only a 10-15 minute stroll from Ichinohe Clock Shop.

Stayed here for 2 days, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with beautiful location by JR station. Location: the venue was so close to the center of Hirosaki and Hirosaki castle and taxi.

Stayed in an exceptionally comfortable room with 3 beds. The hotel was excellent and incredibly friendly and in a central location. Visited few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout. The location was ideal, just a 15-minute walk from the train station, which made it very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay, and despite the rooms being small, they were still cozy enough for two people. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Japanese and 'continental', and was delicious and satisfying.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The room at Super Hotel Hirosaki was incredibly comfortable and they offered a wide selection of pillows to choose from. It was great to be able to find the perfect pillow for a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a coin laundry, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby parking options and the hotel was within walking distance of delicious restaurants in the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The room was very comfortable and provided a range of different pillows to choose from, which was great for finding the perfect fit. Additionally, the hotel had a coin laundry facility, making it incredibly convenient to do laundry during our stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with nearby parking options and within walking distance of many good restaurants in the city.

One downside was the communication struggle, which was expected in a small city. However, it did make it a bit difficult at times to get our needs across.
